Directions

There is a signposted disabled parking spot.

The parking spot is located on the street "Am Zollhafen".

There is also a direct access road to the main entrance of the Kunsthalle.

To use this access road, please contact us by telephone: 06 131 12 69 36.

You can reach the main entrance via a ramp from the street "Rheinallee".

Access

The rooms of the Kunsthalle Mainz are all accessible by elevator.

The elevator in the green tower is 0.90 meters wide and 1.80 meters long.

The elevator in the exhibition halls is 0.90 meters wide and 1.59 meters long.

All doors have electronic openers.

We have folding chairs for the exhibition rooms.

The accessible toilet is in the basement.

The entrance to the accessible toilet is 1.46 meters wide.

The accessible toilet is 2.50 x 2.74 meters in size.

Assistance dogs with a valid ID are allowed in the exhibition.

People with disabilities receive discounts.

The degree of disability needs to be over 50 per cent.

Accompanying persons of severely disabled people (mark "B") have free admission.
